The service

ReachCue provides trend analysis, writing assistance, scheduling, publishing, engagement suggestions, and analytics for one connected X account per subscription. Generated content is a starting point and always requires your review.

Your responsibility

You remain responsible for content you publish, compliance with X rules and applicable law, the accuracy of your claims, and keeping your account secure. Do not use the service for spam, manipulation, harassment, impersonation, or unlawful automated engagement.

Plans and limits

Monthly post-part and AI-action limits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. Daily engagement and manual-radar limits reset daily. We warn at approximately 80% and stop additional metered actions at the limit; there are no automatic overages. Unused allowances have no cash value and are not refundable.

Trials, billing, cancel, and refunds

Paid plans begin with a seven-day, card-required trial so you can evaluate the product before the first charge. After the trial, subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Failed payments receive a three-day grace period before write actions and queued publishing are paused.

You may cancel at any time from Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current trial or paid period: you keep access until that date and you will not be charged for the next period.

Fees are non-refundable. Because ReachCue delivers digital services and incurs provider costs as you use the product (including AI generation, trend scans, and related processing), we do not offer pro-rata refunds, partial-period refunds, or refunds for unused limits, after a charge has been made or a paid period has begun — except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. The trial is the evaluation window; cancel before it ends if you do not want to continue.

Billing disputes arising from obvious errors (for example a duplicate charge) can be raised at support@stedyclaw.com. We may resolve those case by case; that is not a general money-back guarantee.

Availability

X and xAI are third-party services. Their outages, access restrictions, policy changes, and rate limits can affect ReachCue. We design retries and reconciliation to reduce duplicate or missed publishing but cannot promise uninterrupted operation.

Termination

You may cancel at any time as described above. We may suspend accounts that create platform risk or violate these terms. Data export and deletion remain available after plan expiry.
